Since 2016, Dr. Amin has worked with Black Lives of Unitarian Universalism (BLUU), an organizing collective that provides information, resources and support for Black Unitarian Universalists and works to expand the role & visibility of Black UUs. A graduate of the Unitarian Universalist Association's Multicultural Leadership School for Youth and Young Adults (known today as THRIVE) and as a former Religious Education Assistant, Dr. Amin currently serves BLUU as Content Director and as a member of their organizing collective board.
